EULA - End User License Agreement

By installing and using Roll Call you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. License Code You are provided with a license code when you register. Only one Roll Call database may use this license code. You may not distribute the license code. Distribution of Software You may make as many copies of the software as you wish; give exact copies of it to anyone; and distribute the software in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Roll Call or any of its components. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disclaimer of Warranty THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Roll Call may be put, and the warranty disclaimers of the software used to create Roll Call and the software used when it runs, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
